How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.
What is your return policy for boxing and fitness equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that used mouthguards and hand wraps cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How do I know which glove size is right for me?
Glove size depends on your body weight and the type of training you are doing. Generally, 12oz is for bag work, while 16oz is the standard for sparring. Check our size guide on the product page for specific measurements.
Do you offer a warranty on heavy bags and equipment?
Yes, Everlast products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse or neglect.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
